Clients must supply a collar and leash for their dog, as all dogs must be walked on a leash, no exceptions. It is recommended the client leave out some towels, cleaning supplies should your pet need to be wiped down or cleaned up after walks or inform us of where to find materials.
Pawsitively Priceless Petsitting cannot be responsible for pets that bite, suffer accidental death or escape from faulty fencing or from inside the home due to faulty screens, doors, etc. In turn, we will do everything in our power to secure animals and contact the client immediately if faults are evident.
Pawsitively Priceless Petsitting does not accept aggressive animals. We do accept all breeds, regardless of unfair reputation. We will consult with you and your animal if there are concerns about aggressiveness.
Pawsitively Priceless Petsitting reserves the right to take pets to the veterinarian if necessary. The veterinarian will be the closest available if the preferred veterinarian is not on duty.
Pawsitively Priceless Petsitting requires clients to have a responsible party to take care of their pets in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as illness or death to either dog walker or client and in the event of a natural disaster.
Inclement Weather Policy - Extreme weather conditions present a unique problem when visits are scheduled. We promise to do everything possible to safely arrive at every scheduled visit. This may mean that your regular scheduled visit is pushed a little earlier or later than normal, depending on driving conditions, as well as visits cut short. Our pet sitters and dog walkers are expected to use their discretion and put safety first in severe weather situations. This could result in a cancellation if necessary. It's always a good idea to leave a key with a neighbor for these emergency situations. We will do everything in our power to take care of your furry kids in the snowy weather, but we will notify you immediately if a pet sitter or dog walker cannot get to your house safely.
All visits should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance (72 hours in advance for new clients) unless there is an emergency situation. A premium (late notice) fee of $7 may apply for late schedulers.
A $30 fee is assessed on all returned checks. All fees are due promptly and must be paid via money order or cash.
Pawsitively Priceless Petsitting reserves the right to deny service or terminate service due to safety concerns, financial concerns, or inappropriate or uncomfortable situations.
